    Welcome to the Health Facility Profile (HFP) Online Training Toolkit. This toolkit is designed to assist in creating country-specific training materials for facility and district-level users, focusing on how to enter data for the Health Facility Profile (HFP) forms.
    While it is crafted to supplement in-person training, it also supports online and hybrid training activities. This guide provides expert trainers with guidance and example resources for a variety of training modalities, including information and demo videos, written step-by-step guides and job-aids, and training modules for the DHIS2 Training App.
    Each section includes examples to enhance training sessions, ensuring users receive clear, effective instruction on the HFP system.

    Navigating the toolkit

    This toolkit is structured to cater to various training needs and expertise levels:

    1. How to create Videos and Demos:
      • Zoom Video Creation: A very basic option for live recording of
        presentations and demonstrations with minimal editing.
      • PowerPoint Video Creation: For basic, cost-effective video production.
        Ideal for trainers familiar with PowerPoint. This subfolder includes
        guidelines and examples.
      • Camtasia for Advanced Production: For more sophisticated videos.
        Suitable for trainers with advanced video editing skills. Guidelines and
        example videos are provided. Additionally, you will find the Camtasia
        source files used to create the example in case you want to use it.
      • Examples of HFP training videos: For use as a reference. Useful to get
        ideas on how to organize the demos for presenting the HFP forms.
    2. How to create Job-Aids: Guidelines for designing helpful job-aids, with
      editable examples included.
    3. How to create training documents for Print: This section offers guidance
      on preparing training documents for printing, along with editable examples.
    4. How to use the DHIS2 Training App: Detailed instructions on how to create
      training modules using the DHIS2 Training App, supplemented with the
      source files for an example module for HFP web data entry that you can
      upload and edit in your DHIS2 instance.

    Each section is tailored to specific training tools and methodologies, with examples to illustrate their practical application. You can choose the appropriate resource based on the training scenario and your proficiency with the tools.
