In this video, you’ll see how to compare two variables on a scatter plot by selecting the data items, defining the points to display, and choosing a period such as the last 12 months. You’ll also learn how to improve outlier detection by enabling outlier analysis and extreme lines in the chart options. Points clustered near the middle line usually indicate data that follows the expected relationship, while points that fall far from the middle line or outside the extreme lines may signal data errors or inconsistencies that deserve follow-up. This approach makes it easier to spot unusual values early and decide where further investigation is needed.
